Roasting & Shipping Schedule
To guarantee peak freshness, we roast to order. Here is how our fulfillment cycle works so you know exactly when your beans will arrive.
Order Cut-off
All orders placed by 8:00 PM EST on Sunday or Wednesday are queued directly for the next morning's roasting block.
Roast Days
Our master roasters fire up the drum machines every Monday and Thursday to fulfill the queued batches.
Fresh Shipping
Beans rest to properly degas, then ship out via expedited mail on Tuesday and Friday at peak flavor.
